By purchasing any products or services from Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance LLC ("Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance"), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
**EMAIL ADDRESS COLLECTION**
By completing a purchase, you consent to join Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance's email list, where you will receive regular communications such as newsletters and occasional promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.
**SERVICES**
Done-for-you services of any kind are not included in our offerings.
**ENDORSEMENTS**
You are not receiving an endorsement from Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance or any related company members, and neither is any other participant. Do not create the appearance of an endorsement or rely on any person who claims to be endorsed by Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance.
**SHARING YOUR DIGITAL DOWNLOAD IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED**
Sharing your digital download is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate access revocation. You will be held liable for damages to Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance.
**OWNERSHIP OF WRITTEN, AUDIO & VIDEO MATERIALS**
Participants have one license to view written materials provided by Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance. Ownership of this information is not granted and is protected by federal copyright laws. Copying, re-engineering, distributing, or otherwise providing access to this information to any other person, for free or paid, without express written consent of Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance is prohibited.
**TRADEMARK USAGE**
Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance protects its trademarks. Permission to use trade and service marks of the Company is not granted.
**USE OF TESTIMONIALS**
Endorsements or testimonials received are from real persons about their personal experiences. Individual results may vary. Testimonials are not indicative of guaranteed results.
**CONFIDENTIALITY**
Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance cannot guarantee confidentiality. Do not share any confidential and proprietary information which may harm your business or personal interests.
**PAYMENT PLANS**
Access will be revoked to any course or digital download if payment plan or subscription payments are not completed on schedule.
**REFUNDS**
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for applicable products and services.
**ACCESS REVOCATION**
Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance reserves the right to revoke access to any course at any time without providing a refund if purchased content has been copied or used in an unauthorized manner. This includes copying the concept or creating a competing product using the information learned inside Modern Bookkeeper's Alliance's products.
**RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED**
Results from participating in programs are not guaranteed. Individual effort and decisions play a significant role in outcomes.
**LIFETIME ACCESS**
Access to course materials is provided for as long as the course/product exists.
